Our local partner is Ellinor Ranch, operating right in Doborgaz. A family-scale place: few horses, lots of attention. Our guests enjoy trail riding on the Danube meadows, training sessions or beginner lessons – no prior experience needed.

The ranch is a few minutes' walk from DANUBike, so easy to reach without a car.

Which programmes you can choose

  • Taster ride: in the arena with instructor help. A great introduction for beginners and children.
  • Training for advanced riders: seat, communication with the horse, handling basics.
  • Trail tour in Žitný Island: on Danube meadows and at the edge of floodplain forest, in small groups.
  • Family programmes: short lead rides, meeting the horses – a favourite with guests arriving with children.

Good to know

  • Long trousers and closed shoes required; helmets provided by the ranch.
  • Programme times and current offer can be checked at ellinorranc.sk; we can also arrange booking through us.
  • Trail tours are worth booking ahead, especially at weekends.
